Shadow Shot Sunday #112

This shot is the walkway leading to my Mammaw's back door and I travel it often.  Concentrating on it like this sends a flood of memories that I normally wouldn't experience in my day to day routine.   I see the porch my Pappaw built, the wagon wheels that Mammaw was so excited to get, the long awaited rock garden finally in place, the wheelchair ramp that Uncle Harvey and I built together...  I see the faces of loved ones, hear their laughter and travel back in time for a moment.  And even if it lasts for only a moment, I'm so thankful for it and the fullness of my heart right now.
